BOSCH EBIKE SYSTEM

・ Owning features for our new B2B2C biking app and services. Driving all design               phases from research, strategy, prototyping, user testing, final design to launch into         the market.

 

・ Bridging gaps within the company, communicating with multiple stakeholders (Legal,       engineering, marketing, sales & customer service team) to drive alignments on                 solutions.

・ Collaborating closely with development team to ensure feasibility and quality of final       delivery on Ios and Android.

SERVICE DESIGNER

2014 - 2017

MAOKONG TOURISM SUSTAINABLE PROJECT

・ Elevated gondola from serving a transportation function to a travel orientated service       through O2O guide that facilitates in-depth travel and the promotion of business.


Localized Maokong Gondola and concreted local tourism image to inspire tourists
     that result in higher tourism experience. 

・ Collaborated with different stakeholders to launch tour bus service system to build up
     a consecutive travel experience for tourists.

USER RESEARCHER

MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

2014 - 2017

・ Conducted quantitative method to explore the relationships among tourist attribute,
     tourist experience and tourist satisfaction.

・ Conducted qualitative interview to define the service gaps.

・ Responsibled for usability testing for prototypes of service design concepts.
